辣子蝦球 The famous "Lat Chi Har". Fresh prawns cooked with special chilli paste. How special is that?? well, you have taste it on your own.. All I can say is it's good stuff, goes very well with rice.

"Yau Chum Wan Yee" this is the bestest of all.. I personally can eat 2 plates. The sauce was not too sweet nor too sour. It was a perfect blend made from heaven.
